We introduce ourselves as one of the premier hirers of Construction machinery such as Concrete Batching plants, Transit Mixers, Concrete pumps, Boom pumps and Placer Boom.
The Main Promoter of the company is Mr. Winston Fernandes. He has more than 29 year experience with Construction machinery, starting his career in 1982. Coming from a manufacturing background where the family business was manufacture of Construction Equipment he is very conversant & comfortable to operate and maintain all types of equipment. And so ESSIPL is able to offer their clients machinery with low downtime & high productivity which translates into better earnings for their clients.
During the various interactions with the purchasers of Construction machinery who were basically Civil Engineers & Contractors we realised that there was a huge demand for hired equipment as most of his clients expressed the want for somebody to supply them the Construction equipment on an "Operate & maintain" basis as machinery was not always the core competence of most civil engineers. This along with the fact that there was a demand for hire of high Capital cost machinery for shorter durations that prompted him to set up ESSIPL in the year 2000. Started with a modest 2 Transit mixers the business now boasts of having 275 Transit mixers, 20 Concrete Pumps , 5 x 36 meters Boom pumps and 11 Concrete Batching plants in a span of 10 years. The most recent additions are DLC pavers.
ESSIPL has hiring operations pan India in places such as Ahmedabad, Amravati, Bangalore, Bhilai, Bilaspur, Chennai, Cochin , Dahej, Goa, Hubli, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Lonavla, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Parli, Delhi and Trivandrum. ESSIPL is also involved in setting up of Dedicated Concrete Batching plants for in house projects.
ESSIPL is both capable and interested to hire Transit Mixers quantity 6 nos & above at any location in India or to set up turnkey projects for RMC production of minimum 60,000 m³ with a minimum offtake of 3000 m³ per month.
