We set us dedicated RMC plants for project site where we take up the complete job of Mixing, Tansportation and Pumping / Pouring of concrete at desired location at the site. Mentioned below are few of our completed and ongoing projects.

  1. Set up 3 Nos. of RMC Plants complete with Transit Mixers & Concrete Pumps for supply of Ready Mix Concrete up to the point of placement for M/s. BSBK Pvt. Ltd. at Bhilai Steel Plant & NTPC Sipat, Chatisgarh. We have produced about 2,50,000 cu.m. of concrete in the span of 4 years.
  2. Set up a RMC Plant in Nerul, Navi Mumbai primarily for M/s. IVRCL Infrastructure for construction of the 2nd phase of NRI Seawood for CIDCO to construct 7 Nos. Towers of 18 floors each. The total Concrete was 60,000m3. Currently the RMC Plant is producing concrete for the extension of NRI Seawoods, construction of the Gram Vikas Bhavan & a 100 MLD sewage treatment plant at Khargar & CIDCO Exhibition Centre at Vashi. The projects will require high grade concrete in the excess of 60,000 cu.m.
  3. Set up a RMC Plant for M/s. Sevenhills Healthcare Ltd. at Marol Maroshi Mumbai, to supply concrete for their hospital project in the excess of 1,00,000 cu.m. within a time span of 18 months.
  4. Established a RMC Plant at Juhu to supply high grade concrete in the area.
  5. Set up an RMC Plant at Satara for M/s. Ray Constructions for construction of a steel plant where concrete of 60,000 m³ is required in 12 months.
  6. Established 2 nos 60m3 RMC plants at Doddanakundi , Whitefield ,Bangalore for IVRCL in record time of 4 weeks to supply RMC for their Bangalore Metro Rail project. Estimated quantity is 75,000 m3 in 12 months.
  7. Established a second RMC plant at Nerul,Navi Mumbai to produce & supply about 70,000 m3 of concrete in 2 years for IVRCL.
  8. Established an RMC plant at Champa, near Bilaspur Chattisgarh for producing & supplying about 70,000m3 RMC in 2 years for BSBK private ltd, Bhilai.
  9. Established an RMC plant at Sipat super thermal power station of NTPC at Bilaspur, chattisgarh for BSBK again to produce & supply 48,000 m3 RMC in a period of 12 months.
  10. Established 3 nos 60M3 RMC plants in Bangalore for Sobha Developers Ltd.
  11. Established an RMC plant at Bhilai Steel plant at Bhilai, chattisgarh for BSBK again to produce & supply RMC for making of Oxygen plant.
